      Pros

      I've been a Koch employee for 15 years. I left the company for a period of time during the middle of my career and returned intentionally because I value and internalize the culture at Koch. There are high expectations for our leaders as there should be, but we are supported with resources and capability to drive for successful outcomes. I have always felt that the company has rewarded me well based on my value created and personal/team contributions.

      Cons

      We are not a perfect company. We are made up of flawed individuals, but those that are aligned on creating value for society. If you are not comfortable being held accountable (virtue and results), Koch is not a company for you.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      N/A This company is amazing but it is challenging. You will be stretched.

      Pros

      Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

      Cons

      The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
