Koch yields to comparative advantage. Many other places yield to hierarchy. Knowledge sharing is important and encouraged. Leaders share company strategies and updates with employees on a regular basis. I enjoy this level of transparency, it helps me connect to the bigger picture, understand the direction of the company and how I can add the most value.

The environment is best suited for highly motivated, critical and economic thinkers, people that embrace sharing knowledge, innovating and driving creative destruction.
