      Pros

      Good co-workers, smart people, guiding principles are practiced consistently, focus on innovation, competitive pay, and lots of career opportunities.

      Cons

      I have a lot of flexibility with my job as my boss is a working mom and gets the balance that it takes. I have seen other bosses that don't understand this and might not manage it very well. Koch also has no maternity leave.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      Base is 27/hr in Texas with a 4500 signing bonus. Also good benefits.
