      Pros

      Great culture, everyone works as a team and is happy to jump in and help. Good benefits and work/life balance. Flexibility to work from home when needed. It's exciting to be part of a company that encourages new ideas and challenging the status quo. You can really drive change! (It also doesn't hurt to have delicious low cost dining options at the main campus:)

      Cons

      It can be a little overwhelming coming into the company. There is so much to learn about the different businesses. Takes some time. Overall not much to say here.

      The plano office is heavy on tax, and I am the only woman in the finance department
