      Salary on time, Free coffe machine, nothing else is good

      Cons

      Till 2023 the Management was good. To stop appraisal, put pressure, create unnecessary stress, not to give bonus is what pbm has been used even though Pbm principles and values are good. Because of the poor management not noticing some managers doing this malpractice, koch has spoiled its name.

      Culture is almost cult-ish Doesn't pay well Unless you don't spew out PBM vocabulary, you're not seen as a 'valuable' member of the team
