Pros
A lot of hard workers, that worked for low pay and were dedicated. Really nice people who grow to be like a second family.
Cons
These hard worked as well as myself were laid off recently, I had 13+ years invested in Kmart. They decided to keep the people that get paid close to minimum wage and have no knowledge of how to run the store and basically can only run a register. Kmart is getting more stupid trying to save money and make more money at these stores with big layoffs.
