      Great people, good team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lousy benefits that keep going up in price while no raises are given. Eddie Lambert as CEO - billionaire that doesn't listen and has yes men that change every couple of years telling him how to improve with zero improvement actually happening. Shop Your way - what a joke! More like bleed the business units dry each quarter.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
