      Pros

      Great co-workers, make you feel like a family. Loyal customers really care about the company and continue to support the store.

      Cons

      Not enough payroll dollars to support workforce. Too many times it's the same people doing everything, feeling burnt out while others get paid to do nothing.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
