      Pros

      Relatively flexible on hours as far as vacation time and working part time etc. Easy to get a job there.

      Cons

      It's low paying and the work is boring and repetitive. Discount is only ok. Management is usually rather poor quality.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
