      Keep staff/managers around for a long time. Good place for a part time person.

      Cons

      Senior management not forthcoming. Ideas come in fits and starts with little follow through. No long term plans.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
