      Kmart has been flexible at times, as far as with changing availability. If you're in school or working at another job

      Cons

      Short staff Not enough hours no opportunity for advancement no a/c no heat! (ny in the winter) extremely rude managers

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
