Pros
Not bad as a first job. Flexible hours...They're pretty good about giving time off when you need it and the discount on food at the store's snack bar is nice.
Cons
You have to fight really hard to get your breaks and lunches, and you often get written up if you don't take them...Even if it isn't your fault. Management is completely disrespectful and rude, and no raises are given. Ever. Advancement opportunities are awful, and management is often harassing you about getting smart plans and credit card applications.
