      Pros

      good benefits, flexible hours, senior management appears to be competent with most work they are doing. Hard to compete with Target

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to industry standards. Would not work here again if had options in current city location were available

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
