      Pros

      The interview process was professional, but relaxed and very friendly. I was hired and started work the next week. I've also made a lot of new friends since I started. The Kmart I work at has a lot of nice and friendly employees.

      Cons

      The inconsistent/random hours. And no chair or stool to sit on while waiting for customers.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
