      VERY lenient scheduling Calm work place Consistent pay with small commission Benefits through Sears Holding

      Cons

      Can be VERY slow at times. Work become easy some days, which in return makes time drag and seem slow. Angry Customers from time to time. (but that's anywhere you work)

      Pros

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
