Ehh, I guess the only real benefit is pay. If you're looking for something really only part time ( between 15-25 hours )
Cons
Hours change on a monthly basis depending on sales of the previous month. You can end up boned on high traffic months because the month before was light. One of the cooler managers told me straight up, "There is no advancement opportunities in this store."
