      There's no pressure..everyone seems to be wondering if the store is going to close.

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be a coherent objective of why you should shop at KMart.There's no clear understanding of how to separate themselves from the other discounters.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
