Pros

* I enjoyed being around a lot of kind and friendly employees, most of them part timers but some were full time. The managers, however, were a nightmare.

Cons

* Minimum wage pay and below 20 hours of work every week (part time). * Exhausting work, ridiculously heavy lifting with just your own two hands, working non-stop. * The environment is like a slave factory. You are constantly bossed around and forced to stay there much longer after your shift ends. People are forced to work through their lunch breaks and 15 minute breaks. You're never able to relax, even briefly. There is no down time. You are also being called on the intercom system by somebody to do something every 10 minutes. You are never in one steady spot during the whole day. It's constant zigzagging around. * Managers continually threaten to fire their employees if they slip up in any small way. They actually tell you, "If you do this again, I'm firing you." Employees live in fear, especially if they need the job desperately. This happened to me one time and it provoked me to leave the company. I felt there was no chance of getting a raise and I was making minimum wage and working extremely hard. I was proud of my work and felt I had done an enormous amount. I did not deserve this kind of treatment.

Pros

Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

Cons

The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
