Pros

I had some co-workers that would bend over backwards for me, but things were kind of clique-ish at my location. Not a hard supervisor job. Good training.

Cons

Large turnover rate on cashiers, there were some very difficult customers to deal with (which is any customer service job) but higher up management didn't really have you back, lots of duties for minimum wage (supervising cashiers, phones, online bill pay, sears cards, western unions, etc), scheduling was a mess, holidays you cannot request off. Some management got a way with so much. Big sales goals and shop your way goals for cashiers.

Pros

Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

Cons

The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
