      Opportunities for advancement because there is a special way this company will eliminate someones position and then open the position back up.

      Cons

      Failing business, can't keep one focus, old buildings and stores continue to close.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
