      Pros

      Flexible with my schedule. I can ask time off for just about any day as long as I give proper notice in advance. It's an OK job to work at while in college.

      Cons

      Minimum wage... for 3 years. It's all about favorites of the management, no one else is promoted or given raises. (Even though the favorites are some of the downright dumbest people I've ever met.)

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
