great coworkers fun to interact with customers short shifts with breaks every 2 hours usually only 4 hour shifts commissions
Cons
insensitive mean managers if you don't get enough people to sign up for credit cards, reward cards, smart plans, and so on.. you get fired customers get annoyed and frustrated because at register it takes a ridiculous amount of time for them to get out of the store..due to surveys, questions, register prompts, sears credit cards, rewards cards, etc..ridiculous because if you don't ask them one thing..you are in danger of getting fired
