      Pros

      The best reason to work at kmart might only be that they give you 20% off but only if it's not on so called on sell.

      Cons

      They don't pay enough only start you off at 7.86 hr and you do to much work for the pay and also there is a lot of favortisum there.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
