      Pros

      kmart employs some VERY hard workers who go above and beyond for the very low pay of minimum wage.

      Cons

      raises are non-existant anymore. PRESSURE from coorperate is ridiculous. there is NEVER enough employees to complete everything that needs to be done.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
