      Pros

      As a retail management intern, the compensation is great. I have been told 80% of the interns go on to become an assistant manager.

      Cons

      The tasks performed as a management intern are basically the same as an hourly associate. The internship offers little responsibility.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
