Pros

Career Development: The company seems to offer significant opportunities for career growth and professional development. For instance, individuals who work hard have good chances of being promoted. Personally, I started as an analyst and have been promoted to a Junior Application Engineer, which demonstrates the potential for advancement within the company. Work Environment: The work environment at Kapsch TrafficCom is very positive. The people are supportive and always willing to help, which creates a great atmosphere for learning and development. Technological Exposure: Employees are exposed to new technologies, which is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Cons

The work can be overwhelming when you first start. However, there is substantial support from senior staff to help new employees get up to speed.

Pros

The North American CEO Genuinely cares about the well being of the employees and made it clear that work life balance was to be respected. They publicly disclosed their vacation time they took to encourage people to catch up. The work was interesting and Kapsch is always on the bleeding edge of technology implementation in the North American Market. Every project manager I worked with on Tolling and Traffic was made me want to learn how to operate on their level. Kapsch was very inclusive, I was provided a pride version of the email signature in 2021 and was never pressured to change it to appease customers. I deeply appreciated that,

Cons

The workload can be demanding as the headcount has not caught up to pre pandemic levels caused by delays in project awards as funding dries up.
