      ISA benefits, flexible work, hybrid (1 day mandatory office day per week).

      Cons

      Low salary, 3 shifts (12 hours) and not enough rest days, not enough people employed to cover shifts in case of sick leaves... benefits only get better after 10+ years of employement.
