Pros
very open minded towards innovative ideas, enthusiastic attitudes towards the project approach and the work methods. It is systematically organised together with the design team leader, all the arrangement with badges and dates are well followed.
Cons
The end results might not be implemented in time within the organisation, ideas and concepts being forgotten in the corner is highly possible after the end of the project phase. It might be caused by some of the concepts are highly futuristic, which might not be cost-effective at the mean time.
