      Pros

      Extremely talented colleagues who always challenge each other with honesty. Fantastic leadership culture, bosses support you and truly care about your development. Fair employment practice, flexible hours. a very innovative company. The cost restructuring going on at the moment is sending the company on the right track.

      Cons

      Too much inter-department fight, internal process is slow and sometimes is chaotic. Not much vision.
