Pros

Benefits and hybrid schedule are the only positives

Cons

I'm sure there are not many cons in other depts, but customer service is like burning in hell. Super micro-managed call center, all break times are assigned on a daily basis, very meeting heavy, because of the many changes. All calls are recorded and if you Are lucky, you will get bullied every other day for breathing the wrong way on your calls. Be prepared to get bullied by a few " tenured" employees or "leadership, no one will care or help. Constant nit-picking, too much work, too many expectations. If you're in this dept, you WILL BE doing work for other departments to make their life easier. and more duties added constantly.very big on favoritism. The favorites are already in place, so good luck. On office days, you will see the favorites or anyone not in customer service playing with their phones and chatting while you slave away. The training program is about 6 months of boot camp. At interviews, they will say "about 12 calls per person" don't believe the hype, it's about 30 calls a day.thats all folks!

Pros

Great benefits and company culture, frequent opportunities to interface with senior leaders and executives.

Cons

Roles and responsibilities are demanding, complex organization to understand, and requires in-office days if you are in proximity to a regional hub.

Pros

Solid steady company, generally nice people and it can help people advance if they so choose.

Cons

Privately owned, so many decisions are made arbitrarily, not always having to be vetted properly. Globally, decisions would be made that would not be in the best interests of the US market. Also, if you're an internal employee, it could be difficult to be promoted/advance within the company. You get stuck with new duties, but no new titles/pay.
