      It is not adapting to the market needs, they hired a bunch of managers and the company is doing worse than before. No opportunity to grow unless you're friends with the managers or come from their previous companies.

      Roles and responsibilities are demanding, complex organization to understand, and requires in-office days if you are in proximity to a regional hub.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good amount of vacation time.

      Cons

      Poor middle and upper management. Although a lot of vacation time is given, you are not able to use it if you do not meet the percentage of your team. Meaning more than one person could not take time off at a time, This is a bad work place for your mental health.
