      Pros

      * Crazy bunch of people, all engaged in the company's mission. Super smart. * Great startup energy - full speed forward. * Good opportunities to grow and develop. * Autonomy to work on what you think is the right thing to do. * Transparency and trust from management. * A great mission and great product

      Cons

      * Compensation lower than industry standard (but personal fulfillment is higher!) * Very fast paced - priorities change often (but could be an advantage for some people)
