Everything about the place is farcical, the top management take their bonuses and waste multiple millions on ridiculous schemes while the little people scrape an existence. A culture of nepotism and favouritism is prevalent throughout, The managers are clueless, the food is overpriced frozen garbage, your role keeps expanding with less support from management and less and less staff. The turnover in catering is staggering, The atmosphere in every department is appalling, job safety doesn’t exist anymore, the management are aftraid to tell the customers no, career progression is impossible, managers integrity is very questionable, the pay is poor, people have an image of what it’s like to work here, it’s all a lie.
