Toxic management, micromanagement, condescending management, investigating everyone right before the pay rise comes into effect. It’s kind of a coincidence how everyone gets investigated right before the pay rise. Also, inexperienced management. All the managers are horrible and all of them have affairs and whatnot. And everyone just fights each other or have conflicts with each other. It’s actually a horrible environment to work in. Don’t work for this place, and half the team are just nepo hires. Half of the entire store are related to a manager, and the manager got his nieces, nephews, sons, daughters, etc.
