      Pros

      Smart people for the most part, real sense of mission and good perks

      Cons

      Unfortunately like most things that seem too good to be true, this one had issues as well when you looked beneath the covers - too many sub-cultures emerged and the vision of transparency got diluted . Real inconsistencies surfaced that dramatically impacted rewards/recognition and eventually morale

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
