      Pros

      The best culture and people I have ever worked with. Free snacks, sodas, milk, cereal, flavored water machine, relaxation room. Free massages once a month, free Coldstone ice cream once a month. Raises every 6 months, plenty of room for advancement. The supervisors and management actually cared about you. I am so sad that Jet.com is no more.

      Cons

      Changed management a lot at the beginning which made me wonder how long it will last.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
