      Pros

      All Category Specialists pretty much share the same misery and low morale, so you will have plenty of people to commiserate with.

      Cons

      If you also came from a top university, run far away. Jet recruits much like a consulting company poaching from T10. All your talents and intelligence will be pretty much wasted away, while you do mundane and repetitive work a computer SHOULD be able to do. Unfortunately, the technology is apparently so far behind it can't.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
