Pros
Associates are always willing to learn and make the best of what they can. Some Process Managers genuinely care about associates. Growing Company.
Cons
One sided decision making. False culture. They provide "free" fruits and drinks but will state that those things are why we are still one of the lowest paid warehouses. (Fruit and drinks are broken down to a cent level per associate.) They disregard a lot of associate level ideas and will brand certain associates, meaning they won't promote and will not allow any chances for growth. Childish culture, drama, and big egos. Huge separation between management, Leads, and associates.
