      Toxic environment. HR supports the management first, employees second. Clique culture. Lack an on boarding process to make you successful.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
