Pros
Good products, strategy and vision. The company is devoted to patient´s life and try harder to investigate how to improve in new medications. The Credo which drives every employee`s decision is a good guidance to everyone in the organization.
Cons
At the same time, despite the huge revenues the company makes, many people is being promoted due to the affiliations they may have with senior management despite the results or achievements. I saw some people getting promoted with basically poor results but they were connected. The company is too political and sometimes you never know what to expect from your superiors if you want to move on.
