Pros
A good company with a lot of promise. Nice people working there, some very intelligent people. Good, solid research pipeline with a lot of promise. Growth into other departments is good.
Cons
Pay and rewards were very manager dependent - if you have a good manager, you will do well. If you have one that doesn't stick up for you during review times, then the rewards are meager. No internal plan for development, so if the manager leaves they bring in another person from a different department instead of promoting from within.
