Pros
Structured organization with very experienced project managers/leaders, which helped greatly to drive the projects forward. Very good investment in the development of employees, both What and How.
Cons
Big organization thus many layers of managers. I came from a team of 10 people and there were 5 managers, each had one single reportee, thus quite a top-down structure. It could be just that specific group, I hope more alignment should be done in term of management guidance and style.
