Stable, reliable company that abides by its Credo Smart and kind coworkers Leadership does not micromanage
Cons
Typical pharma risk aversion bringing in a lot of non J&J resources which is impacting the culture a bit Traditionally has not use big consulting firms (that is a good thing in my book based on cost and actual improvement in operations) but have seen a lot more "consultants" walking the halls in the last 1-2 years
