Pros
Hmmm, thinking. Perhaps the cafeteria could potentially be a pro. Not sure I can honestly find another thing that I would feel right about listing here just to fill the 20 word minimum for this field.
Cons
Some serious management and accountability is missing in the specific group I worked with. The team ran the show and it was constant obtuse complaining and finger pointing. Most of your time is being spent in meetings trying to appease and de-ruffle feathers rather than getting work done.
