Very stressful & toxic culture - Anonymous employee Janssen Employee Review

I personally found this particular division of J&J to be the most stressful & toxic of all the pharmaceutical companies I have worked for so far. I worked in 2 different divisions of Janssen and unfortunately found this culture to be consistent across both divisions. For example, they are far too focused on meaningless metrics that are easy to manipulate, among other things. Perhaps other divisions are better, but I can only speak for two I worked in. If given the opportunity, I would never consider going back.
