      Es dificil escalar/crecer dentro del sector o a otros sectores, se manejan con ciertos contactos, la parte de recursos humanos es muy escaza por ser multinacional.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
