      Very good and friendly environement, great products, brilliant people, solid values.

      Cons

      Salaries not adequate, chronically understaffed, very few chanche of further developement for managers, bureocracy has the power and business is impacted

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
