      You have to be on constant guard not to offend anyone. Be happy and constantly thank everyone and you 'll be fine.

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
