      Passionate employees who are committed to advancing new Alzheimer therapies for patients and their caregivers. Management that cares about employees. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      The only downside would be the types of things you find at any employer: employees who are never satisfied, politics between department managers, etc.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
