      Pros

      If you are hard working & sincere to your work & responsibilities you will enjoy working here. Good work is surely noticed & appreciated time and again.

      Cons

      Growth within your own role or outside of your role is limited. Having said that if you are really good in what you are doing & you do it with a passion to learn things quickly this con can be eradicated. On the same note, nothing different than other companies like doing similar work day in day out can cause boredom etc.

      Pros

      People. Culture. Client relationships. JLT Re is a place for really good, talented people who want to develop strong internal and external relationships. JLT Re also encourages thinking outside the box and is looking for new ideas and ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Flat organization. Low salary bumps for non-producers currently. Internal politics. Your salary is largely dependent on your experience and your manager’s ability to fight for you to get what you deserve up the chain.
